Dr. Hongwei Sun

Founder and CEO

1. Dr. Hongwei Sun is a chemist specializing in catalysis, catalytic polymer recycling, sustainable chemistry, and materials upcycling.

2. He received his Ph.D. from Aarhus University in Denmark and received his following Postdoctoral training at Virginia Tech and University of Wisconsin–Madison.

3. His research spans multiple areas, including:

   1. Catalysis

   2. Polymer recycling

   3. Sustainable materials

   4. Renewable feedstocks

   5. Circular chemistry

4. His work on wind turbine blade recycling contributed to one of the first recycling technologies for thermoset composites and led to industrial technology transfer.
